Don't have to wait a month for this one
Last week was a little different. Due to bad weather and my refusal to run on a tredmill, I got my two 4 mile runs in on Wednesday and Thursday. Considering it was the first time that I had ran on back to back days my body took it really well. On Saturday I ran 7.5 miles in a little over an hour. Not to bad, also I noticed that the city of Cedar Falls had decided to do more road construction along my route (right after they had finished working on the other road that I run on) so I get to jog around that for a while. I ran another 4 miles today in just over 45 minutes so I was not pleased to say the least. The entire time I was running, I felt like I had a brick in my stomach so hopefully that doesn't happen when I run my half marathon.

I get an F for this last month
Hey everyone,
I hadn't realized that a month had gone by since I had last updated this blog. Talk about failure on my part. At least I haven't failed to continue to exercise. I have ran 4 miles on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and have tried to go anywhere from 5 -7 miles on Weekends, although it's difficult to do when you have weddings and other weekend activities to attend to. I ran 7 miles yesterday, which was my personal best. My feet hurt like something fierce, so I will be going to the runner's flat tomorrow to get some advice on what to do for sore feet. Other than that, I felt fine physically after I was done with my run. The only problem I had was that I felt really tired due to having a bad couple weeks worth of sleep. I went to bed around 9:30 last night and didn't get up until a little after 8 this morning. Talk about catching up on some z's. Hopefully, I'll update this more frequently than I did this past month.
