The past week
Good news! I have finally finished my summer class, which means I'll have more time to worry about preparing for my half marathon. The date that it starts will be Sunday, October 16 and I plan to rock it like a hurricane. Anyways, I managed to get a few nice walks in this week as well as a 4 mile jog on Tuesday and a 6.2 mile (10k) jog on Saturday (Today) I felt pretty good although my foot was starting to blister and it was a little warmer than I would have liked it to be, which means that I'm going to have to get up even earlier to run. The best part about these jogs is that I usually feel extremely good when I finish them and have a spring in my step for the rest of the day.
